Prime or US XPress?

my truck is fast enough to get a speeding ticket on any road that has a speed limit and I drive 63 if you don't like go around,

 

Question is prime a good starter company and what is orientation like

 

Us xpress is a huge stable company with awesome positions in the dedicated side. The trucks are nice, and don't forget... I pass prime trucks everyday, they only go 58mph everywhere. I was told you actually get in trouble if you hit 60 without special permission. Us x is governed at 65. Adds up to some extra miles each day

 

But us express has a sliding Pay scale which might not cause it is hard to make money that way and teams are out the questions
