Yeah, you will need releases for any surgeries you have had

And with your weight the Prime Dr will require you to undergo a sleep study there at Prime.

Yes, you'll need a release for injuries or surgeries that are within a certain period of time prior to your orientation. If your BMI, neck size, and whatever else it is they look for warrant it, you will be told to take a sleep apnea test. If you fail that test, you will be required to purchase a CPAP machine that has a little memory card that you will be required to download every so often so that they know you are using the machine. Seriously, if you are diagnosed w/ SA, and get the CPAP, you really will see a positive reflection in your quality of sleep. Sleep apnea is the cessation of breathing while sleeping. The machine creates a positive pressure in your airways that ensure you don't stop breathing. Yes, it may be a hassle; yes, it takes a bit to get used to the machine. But honestly folks, your heart will thank you for it.

Expect an average at the lower end of that range and you won't set yourself up disapointment.

27-2800. There are weeks over 3k, but we are talking average here.

    Very happy.
