Yes, that wording is required, it describes what you are doing to make sure they are not stuck and operating properly

I have my instructor's name is Gil no I don't have a truck number I'm not used to looking at those yet. We're heading out in the morning I'm not sure where to yet either. Hopefully someplace with a nice cool climate for at least a minute.
I'll keep you guys posted on my progress.

Prime is on top of the list of companies I want to go with. Your experience would help a lot, keep us updated

Sitting in Champaign, IL at a Petro. We delivered a Kraft load this morning and we are in a 10 hour break waiting on a load to get here so we can take it from a driver. Not sure of the story there. We did some practice earlier on 90 degree/alley dock and straight line backing. Gill is scanning paperwork and then we plan to work more on backing again. It's starting to get a little more crowded here so it is guaranteed fun.
Now if I could learn to down shift. I should have it by next week I hope. For now jake is my friend.Chucktshoes, skellr, FullMetalJacket and 1 other person Thank this. -
I'm ecstatically happy with Prime. I have been on here a while and did a lot of research before I chose them. I definitely recommend you read all you can and follow the posts closely.
Make sure when you apply to disclose everything because they already know about it. I can't believe how fast people got sent home for that.
Also make sure to study for your permit before you get there. You will need general knowledge, air brakes, tankers and combination vehicles. You can download a PDF CDL guide for your state at this link.

Also I got my permit before I went but it cost me 30 extra so I recommend everyone get the permit in Missouri. They are gonna make you transfer it anyways.
Good luck!

Thanks, and I been reading a lot about them, they one of the best starter companies for training and pay. But Im planning to get either a local or regional position. I dont want to do OTR for to long. Other than that I would of stay OTR and join the lease side. I like tankers, but always like reefer the most out of all. I just cant get much info about the tankers division. I already have a Class A, I just need to study to add hazmat on it. I'll give them a call now to see if I will qualifyhal380 Thanks this.
