I don't take any attack on Prime personally. Why would I?
I have read many of you're posts (G.Anthony and TruckDuo) and have gleaned much good information, and and have taken much of you're insights and knowledge to heart. HOWEVER, in this case, you both are talking out of your butt!(please note, I am smiling).
I've looked through the internet archive for several dates in 2014, and although I obviously have not had time to read everything archived, my quick searches have turned up nothing supporting a trainer getting a bonus for talking someone into a lease.
Please note, that I'm not defending Prime, or it's lease program, or it's (arguably) over zealous pushing of it's lease program. Heck, I'm not defending Prime on this account what-so-ever.
I'm just trying to dispel this lie about drivers/trainers getting a bonus for talking someone into a lease. I've found no evidence to support that claim, and not a single link, or written agreement has been given to prove otherwise.

Ok. So you are saying the company trucks are a much lower caliber than the lease trucks?

Good description. I have learned a lot about the cost structure of a leased truck. Thanks.
