I've read the website link AND the brochure that is linked from that page. I gotta say, that Purpleprime seems to be correct about this. The page is about driver referrals, nothing about lease referrals is mentioned, other than the fact that the driver must be under Prime's authority, either as a l/o or company driver. Lease operators will be paid in credits, and what not, but the bonus is paid whether or not the driver signs a lease.
I fact, the very first paragraph of the brochure states:
The person you refer must run under Prime’s operating authority, as a company driver employee in a Prime owned truck or an independent contractor who is leasing a truck from Success Leasing.I don't see anything that would suggest that one would get any extra bonus at all (above the standard driver bonus) for referring a driver into the lease program.
Now, I've been wrong, and misunderstood stuff plenty, so if I missed something please quote the passage, and link to the page that supports your argument. It very well could be that we are talking about two different programs. I'm simply going by what was linked to in this thread.

There's one person in this thread that knows what they are talking about and that person is purpleprime.
There's a whole lot of tin foul hatting and things being taken out of context going on here.skellr Thanks this. -
Somebody also asked why a lease hand would let a trainee drive his truck if he weren't on some conquest to get a bonus for convincing the student to get in on a lease.
The answer is because lease ops make very good money when their truck is running as a team operation and the student only needs to be paid $700 out of the weekly revenue.
My TNT trainer also thought leasing was a good idea, but it was because he was happy with how he was doing with his. My training ended some time ago and I'm now still good friends with the guy and I think he would have told me by now if there were some super secret bonus that he missed out on because I went company.
My advice is that if you do have a trainer who is happy with their lease and says good things about the program, keep in mind that they are a TNT trainer afterall so their truck runs team miles. It is a lot easier to be successful in that situation than on a solo lease.TruckDuo Thanks this. -
I think it was @123456 who posted the link last year with how Prime paid out lease ops for signing up rookies to the lease. I think after 20-25, a whole years truck payment was covered by Prime.
Like I said.....I'm sure Prime realized it wasn't smart to make it public. Take a look at their website. They have a section for lease ops that requires a username and password. I'm sure there is plenty of "tips" on how to succeed as a lease op.
My favorite part about Prime Inc is that Robert Low (owner of Prime Inc) tried to kill someone back in the day cause he got high on cough drops. -

The login section is for access to settlements and personal information not hidden bonuses

This from you back in September of 2014.
My question(s) are that if you did not read your responsibilities. how can we be sure you know all about the bonuses? Maybe YOU lost your bonus due to the student having a wreck in your truck?
and, you say that you will no longer train anyone, is that still true today?

One word: Owned
123456 Thanks this. -
Actually IT DOES mention additional monies, it was right there in TruckDuo's link, here is a portion of that..
Driver Referral Bonus
The easiest money you can make with Prime is through our driver referral program! Here's the earnings breakdown for driver referrals:
Refer a lead seat or non-lead seat driver:
- Receive $250 after your referral hauls their first dispatched load.
- Receive a mileage incentive (based on experience classifications).
don't YOU SEE THAT.??
A Mileage bonus, for every mille the driver does, ON TOP OF the referral (hiring) BONUS.>!!!TruckDuo Thanks this.
