My trainer and I have delivered 3 times to Wisconsin in the last 2 weeks. We've only delivered to one place in Illinois and that was at South Beloit.

I'm straight west of Madison and Milwaukee but it sounds like you do get to the state anyway which is good to know. I'm guessing you are running the east side of the state? I'm about 2 hours or so from Madison.
Thanks. -
I have yet to deliver to same place twice. Usually the southeast of the state but one was in the middle of the state. I wish I remembered the city names. It was a nice pretty woman at Nestle though. I remember that, lol.

Cranberry juice I picked up was from Pittsville, WI.

Thanks, for the responses. I guess if I were to get hired for Prime (tanker division) there are enough loads coming into and out of WI to get me home. I could be in a worse location.

Is there such a thing as
team driving in the Tanker Division? -
Yes there are driving teams in tanker division. I would recommend refer if you want a real team. I plan on being a TnT guy training B seats when I get the chance.
My trainer and I have just recently started getting team loads. Fleet mamager says the freight is picking up.quetzalcoatl Thanks this. -
Hello everybody.
This week in tanker training I believed I proved efficient driving lowers fuel expence. Fuel lasts longer and he has to buy less of it. We also discussed that I log everything I do because I don't like violations or log audits. (Next day he got a message from his FM saying the same thing.) He says that's how he was tought. I told him the DOT doesn't care and good luck with it. I have to take care of my CDL, end of story.
On the positive side he helped me remember how to get up the mountains. He has even started to slow down at times to save himself some money.
We started running hard this week also. Hopefully this is the start of the busy season.
Later guys.
P.S. I'm trying to decide on getting a dog or being a TnT trainer. -
Do both... train the dog to drive the truck!
-
This is my first dog since I was a little boy. I'm going to get the dog. If it stays on the truck or at home with my wife is the real issue.
I'll teach my next dog how to drive for sure. 8)
