    I'm brand new and the recruiter said I won't get paid until about 5 or six weeks so I guess when I first get on the road with a trainer I dont habe y cdl either so I was gonna do everything there or wherever I go

    I think I would call today, Monday, and talk to a different recruiter and see if you are told the same thing. Never hurts to hear it from two people.

    That would be correct then. If you come in band be with no cdl and go through Prime's raining program you won't get paid for orientation, just the $200 advance at the end of the week that you'll have to pay back if you use it. You'll get a $200 advance for each week you're in the PSD phase and will have to pay back only what you used. Once you pass your cdl and become an official employee of prime you'll get $700 a week until you finish the TNT phase. After that you'll get your own truck and be paid whatever the flatbed rate per mile is.
