Just had a thought. IFM, was it only recruiting that told you that you had a no rehire? It's possible that whoever in Ops entered it in to the computer entered it in wrong. It's been known to happen, and I did it once or twice at my old job. It might be worth calling your old FM to find out.

Oh Iron Maiden wasn't that bad of a band. They rocked and didn't cry about mama, some woman that wanted a better man, pick up trucks, rapped over something or put you to sleep!

As for what I attempted to state but of course the cheerleader can't understand is until you are a truck driver and have either been released from orientation you have no DAC record no matter how old you are! No record with any company no DAC! That simple! People in these drivers schools are told some BS about the holy grail called DAC and they get on line and all want to know how to get their report! I see it in here and other forums and it's just sad that they think their career is in the toilet before they get started! It's their MVR that's going to hurt them in the beginning!

As for the OP, apply to another company then get the report that is sent to your home address and go from there!

Heck, try to get through to Crimes HR department and find out what is on YOUR record! I'm sure that Big Bad Company isn't afraid to tell you that they slammed you in your personnel jacket! LOL!
