Do me a favor and PM me what orientation is like and all that good jazz. One question in particular, tell me what they ask during the integrity interview, im not sure why but im stressing over cause i dont like interviews, i freeze up lol thanks in advance! I will be heading down the 27th
Finally made it...no room available...have to wait til like 930am been up oh 27 hours and no place to sleep yet...had breakfast in the Cafeteria and the lady was cleaning a pan drops the cloth in the trash can picks it back up and grabs my food with her hands...without changing her gloves...so she was going to basically serve me trashy food! I asked her to put new gloves on and give me fresh food and she looked at me like a deer in headlights!! Then it dawned on her what she did and goes "my bad" and changed her gloves.....oh boy!
There is a very high dropout/washout rate with CDL drivers through the first year or two. Wait until the end of the week, and see how many faces are left. Half of them will be gone by the time you're ready to upgrade to your own truck. Another half of those left will drop out by the end of the first solo year.
