I am leaving sat. nite on the hound be there Sun afternoon for Monday morn. orientation. Going L/O any pointers on starting out?

 

1. If you don't have $2000 - $3000 in the bank to help smooth the ups n' downs, wait until you do. Shed as much debt as possible.
2. You need to be able to get into the mid 7's in fuel economy.
3. Attend ACE-II as soon as you can.
4. Get some education on how to run a small business.
5. It's not about miles, its about gross revenue.

Really consider driving on the company side for awhile to see if Prime fits you.

hey guys... im about to have dinner with some good friends and i wanna just get a margarita before i roll out... not gonna get wasted.. you think ill be fine for the alcohol test on tues? or is that test more like for getting wasted the night before or something.

 

You'll be fine. Just remember, there is zero tolerance for any alcohol use by trainees. Any alcohol in your system during a random test is grounds for termination.

 

So if I drank a few 2nite it'll be ok by tuesday!
