How do y’all get your oversize permits ?
The DOT won’t email them . Only fax ,
I know there has to be an app that can use a phone number and accept the fax and convert it to something that can be printed in the cab .
to avoid using a truck stop to receive the fax permit ?
Printing faxs ?

Efax, limited free use..and a small fee for a couple hundred pages a month. It gives you a fax number, and you get the faxed pages to your app, and email. You can also send faxes with it. I use it in combination with Camscanner all the time.

If you run them threw transport permits I'm pretty sure they email them. They do charge 20 bucks per state I believe tho. The guy I'm leased to does all mine but he has them emailed to me and the office.

Google is your friend.
There are app services.
I can't remember what service I used at the moment. It was $8.99 per month. I wanna say 200 faxes. It had app for phone and computer.
Found it on google.
Ringcentral is what I used. Pricing is $12.99 for 750 faxes. -
We use metrofax. $6.63 per month for 500 pages. Very happy with it thus far after about 2 years.

Metrofax is what I used in the past .
