    Remember there are 2 options to explore before you sign that year away. Many technical schools offer driver training and there are many different sources for paying for it. Also you are NOT going to pay $6,000 for a CDL at a technical school.

    You'll see the country all from the interstate. It's not as great as you imagine. Long hours, long weeks, it all adds up.

    I agree. I dont quite understand why swift is viewed worse than any of the other big box training carriers. Schneider/ffe/usa insert any other large van/reefer carrier are just as bad, and many much worse.
