so i've been learning to drive a semi i got everything down my only problem is if the truck shake my foot shakes on the pedal making the truck do awkward stuff so just wondering if anyone has had this problem and how to fix it.

Time and experience. if the pedal is hinged at the floor place your heel right on the hinge part. You can try holding your leg/foot against the dog house/dash. Doing these things will help act as a shock absorber.
Ps if you are still having trouble with throttle control I doubt you have "everything down".
