Problems with Clearinghouse and Swift Transportation need help!

I have another company that I can apply to. If I don't hear anything from the current boss, I will apply to other one and tell you guys what happens.

 

Just a quick update. I finally got the job around 2-3 weeks ago and I would like to say I am better than the person who didn't have a job. I appreciate all the insight and help from everyone here. I am not sure what happened but I think someone got fired and he finally pulled the trigger and hired me. Originally he set me up to go take another drug test but he spelled my name wrong so I guess he just went off of my first exam or something.
