It'd be nice if my phone wouldn't try to force the update on me by asking constantly. All I want is a secure platform, if I want extra I will go looking for an update.
I always hear about some kind of issue or bug initially, I don't want any part of that.

I have the sad duty off having to help my 73y young mother when she gets her Iphone or Ipad stuck.
Lets say i am very happy with android and don't want to own a Apple product for my personal use.
I will admit that build quality is very good with Apple. -
I've had both and by far would rather have an iPhone

Let's of people have had apple and go back to android.
I've seen a few apples and quite frankly, would never try it. Let alone have one.
Even facebook don't work quite the same and leaves out a few features. And no one can seem to make their gps work. Although i have no idea on what they're using.

I downloaded the newest Apple update today with no problems.
But afterwards I had about 2 gigs of updates to install.
I love the free wifi -

If the software update bricks your iPhone, do they (Apple) replace it?
