Guess it depends on the finance structure these days. I know if my phone don't work any time during my 2 years. I'll throw some words out to everybody I can get a hold of. I mean, how can you finish out your 2 years with no working phone? Verizon didn't want to do anything for me when my Droid bionic fell apart from heating up. I cancelled and went back to sprint. Verizon finally allowed me to get a new phone but I had to extend my 2 years with the remainder of the 2 years. Needless to say. That phone didn't last either.
