Hey guys, I have a 02 379 with a ProHeat X45. The previous owner must have wired this thing in blind with a hatchet because it’s taken me two weeks to get it 90% corrected. This is where you all come in.
in the only diagram I could get ahold of from ProHeat is for a truck with a PCC Module, which I don’t have, it shows relay 2 pulling ground from wire B239, but wire B239 is a switched ground, so when the truck isn’t running, that wire is dead, thus not allowing the ProHeat to run the fan with the key off. If I pull ground from a Unswitched source, I’m then supplying ground to my bunk blower control all the time, causing the bunk fan on/off switch on the dash to do nothing and the fan to run full time regardless of what position the dash switch is in.
Does anyone have any experience wiring these in? I’ll include the diagram I have for reference, disregard the circled relay 1, that was done before when I was still sorting out Relay 1.
Proheat wiring issue.

Sounds like dash switch, not familiar with your truck but bunk switch should be powered with out key how ever if your truck has a on off power switch and 6-8 batteries it could require turn off pergolas for bunk to work so you dont drain main batteries and buck should only work from front when key is on if there's still a problem bunk batteries could be bad

That fan harness wire in bottom left of schematic should run to a separate battery and to the ignition body controller or dash switch,it could be a bad battery connection or battery fan is running off of,if you've never used this system before the unit could have dedicated batteries for the bunk with a cut off switch to unit heat , and it could also be fused at batteryso if you dont have auto start you dont kill batteries, dash should only work with key on follow the fan harness wire to battery and you'll find your problem .
