Cranked mechanical's don't out pull anything, stock fuel pump is pretty limited, a stock electronic with a good tune will walk all over a factory pump mechanical.

I had a 1992 3406c w/ peec electronics.It was not as good as a straight mechanical.In the case of peec it only served to limit power
