    I did not think about that part. I guess trucking companies frown on bribery. I guess I will just have to hope my personality and good looks will help me out.

    Make sure your dispatcher is worthy of you bringing gifts first.I think you keeping a positive attitude,not complaining about the miles,the loads and where you deliver the loads is a great way to get in good with your dispatcher and company for that matter.Then once you and your dispatcher develop a good work relationship with each other then a box of donuts would be a nice added touch.
