Here in Iowa we were able to use a "crib sheet" during our pre-trip test with the DOT. Would'nt you know it, I forgot to refer to the darn sheet and did not mention the trailer door... still passed but had that "in the dark sensation"... going to start SNI Orientation on 4/9 in Greenbay, relearn it all again the SNI WAY...

i have an old garmin--dont even know the model #--never been updated--ever--works great for me--just dont rely 100 % on anything--gotta use your noggin sometimes
the only trouble i ever had was with wrong info given to me--like the business --ok say it is in town A- in the bol--but in reality it is in town b--which is part of town A
i am not good at explaining--but i ran into that a few times--mainley on east coast

This is such a great study guide! I have been reading the pre-trip inspection part of the Secretary of State booklet for Michigan and let me tell you.... I wanted to stab my eyes out.... This is much more specific, and simple to follow. Thanks! I start school on Monday and it's nice to know I'll have a good understanding of this thanks to your instructions so that I can focus on much more needed things to learn, like driving stick! lol
