    We may need clarification on the stickers. The scanners at the terminals have a notice that you are not to put a sticker on anything but the first page of the BOL

    Let me also make it clear that if you are owed breakdown or layover pay. You need to remind your fleet manager.....maybe a number of times. We then call payroll on Wednesday morning to make sure it is there so we have time to get it fixed before payroll is cut.

    So, if your tellingme Craig that you only put a sticker on the primary page of the BOL and no one has questioned it,,,I will start saving stickers too...LOL

    I like what you do with Layover, Breakdown and such... great idea! I have a exel sheet that I made a few years ago, but your way I think is much better,,,it gets their attention. So, if you have pay owed, do you call them the very next wednsday? or the one after that..? Have YOU ever had a problem getting pay your owed?

    our fm seems to have complete discretion on breakdown/layover pay. We have always received everything owed, it just sometimes takes a couple of weeks.
    We check with payroll on the week we are expecting to receive it.
