Proper way to adjust mirrors

    I usually had the lower mirrors aimed at my drives so that any angle on the trailer particularly on my left is instantly to me to stave off a potential jackknife.

    Long ago we had 96 inch trailers to go with 96 inch tractors and the 102's back then had a overhang of a few inches which was also useful.

    I worry because mirrors now are getting video cameras and you will have made them very expensive indeed. If no longer outside the truck but inside as STexan showed.

    I battle with that development because I have been able to rely on those outside mirrors for a variety of situations useful in trucking, in the small stuff. To have them inside the cab would take away a certain something.
