I've had a load similar to that shift but nowhere near as bad. It was only two stacks, but they were 8 feet high. Two straps on the bottom row, three on the top, and they were about 16 feet long IIRC. Nobody left the shipper with as many straps as I did. They were also alternating. They were tight as hell too. Sometimes it just happens.

You don't see those here, that long anyways. Canada doesn't allow you to keep them on the trailer while going down the road. Also a lot of our trailers have aluminum side rails. They wouldn't handle those.
