Cricket chrip.....cricket chirp....cricket chirp... Mama always said, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all......cricket chirp....cricket chip.....cricket chirp
Best thing about my dispatcher is I don't have one. We have set routes that are bid on and are expected to be an adult and do them. For overtime days it's the same except it's "Do you want to do run X, all I got is crap runs left though." When I say no he moves on to someone that wants the money more than I do.
I was dispatching my car carriers back in the days ... drivers appreciated my work much more because i avoided pita areas and cars , drove myself same routs
Because you can't get 2 drivers to agree on the color of the sky, let alone one being 'the boss'. All the disagreements would start with 'when I was a driver.....' I always believed that dispatchers were Pro Con (artists)
Yep the truth. My worst dispatcher was a driver and was smart as a rain gutter . If you leave a driver's seat and take a massive pay cut to drive a desk , there's probably something wrong with you.
