I've been lucky enough to pull -
-reefers (multi picks and drops, temperature issues, reefer noise and fuel, rude arrogant receivers, not enough people speaking English for my taste),
    -dry box (boring),
    -tanker (local only),
-hazmat (who needs additional penalties for, e.g., speeding, having to stop at RR crossings, rules about where to stop, and when, and having to stop for inspection every what, 100 miles, for a few cents more per mile?),
    -race horses (PITA to load/unload),
    and
-flatbed - Got to get creative w/ straps and chains to tie down each load, shipper is usually glad to help, give you a couple of 4x4s, whatever, receiver is glad to see you, you are dealing with people who work outdoors actually getting a job done, people look at your loaded trailer going down the road, and driving empty is almost like driving a car (depending on the height of your tractor). Just works best for me IMHO
