Only has major engine coverage until 10/5/2018 or it is over 501,651 miles. Has a lot of warranty history but all warranty has been expired for over a year excepted noted above. ECM calibration shows current.

Just got truck out the shop Friday 3/25 ( hp turbo, imp sensor, dpf bake, charge air cooler, afi vavle) Monday 3/28 got ready to hit the road, dpf light comes on, back to the shop, egr coolers need replacing. Replaced egr coolers, picked up truck 3/29, 169 miles later dpf light on calling for parked regen, and i still hear the turbo spool up? Im at stroke level any ideas?
DOC and predoc needs to be cleaned. After treatment injector also needs to be cleaned or replaced periodically as well. Sounds like they are just throwing parts at it. Have they actually followed the after treatment diagnostics at all?
Did all that. I did find when i raised the hood, clamp on hose coming out of egr to intake wad loose! Black soot all over everything.
That will make the engine work a bit harder, but shouldn't cause constant regen issues. Probably time to replace that DOC.
