Floridarunner. Spn 520211 is your HVAC actuator. If the FMI is 4, then it's probably voltage below normal. I'm not sure but the Spn 524285 might be the sart module. You can YouTube how to change battery in the sart module. I think it uses same battery similar to watch batteries, don't quote me. Spn 51 is engine throttle position and again FMI 4 usually means the engine throttle position is reading below normal voltage. Spn 2404 shows as running light.
floridarunner Thanks this. -
520211 is for a Sleeper temp actuator not responding.
524285 is for the SART module not communicating. I have never seen this cause an AC problem.
51-4 Is engine throttle valve position sensor out of range low
2404 must be an ABS because I cannot find it in engines or body controller.floridarunner Thanks this. -

Florida runner. Here's a spn code pdf for your engine. The sart module throwing fault code sometimes means the battery is bad. YouTube how to replace the battery. It's a small battery that can be easily replaced.

Yes, the intake throttle can choke the engine off. The SART module is used as a clock to time stamp fault codes for the engine. Stand Alone Real Time clock. Yes, the battery is probably dead in it. I have other posts about it including part numbers. Should find it in the search menu.

I'm in need of some help. I have a 2010 Maxxforce DT. My Amber triangle light comes on and off daily. The code I get is
SPN 3464 FMI 0 ITVH OCC self-test failed
It also blows excessive white smoke periodically for a couple of miles and is becoming a daily thing now. I also noticed it's leaking what I believe is oil from the intake pipe. Is there supposed to be oil there?
Can all this be caused by a failing Intake throttle valve?
Any help is greatly appreciated! -
That could be from a failing throttle valve for sure. These engines are famous for oily intakes because the turbos do coke up and the engines use a closed crankcase breather system so blowby gases are reintroduced at the intake elbow. It is normal for these to produce some oil in the intake.

hi where is the sart baterry located

Inside the module itself which is zip tied to the wiring in behind the cluster.
