Just reading this gave me a little more insight into the problem I'm having with a 2014 PP prostar .. just the running lights or and markers are blinking at random times and driver was cutting the key off and on to try and get them to stay on.. it says that the ECU-body controller is responsible for this action as far as resetting them each time the key is cycled , not sure if that is true or bs ,but I don't find anything but the relay in play..am I missing something here ?? Any help would be great in this matter. Thanks !!

Yes, the body controller powers all the lights. There are no fuses for them. The body controller can sense how much current the individual light circuits are drawing and if too much it will kill the circuit until the next key cycle to reset it. If the lights are coming on by themselves, I would still say it is a switch problem like I mentioned before.
