yeah, I am going to load it tomorrow morning. so After limoing the truck back to get the coolant hose repaired, and spending a few hours in the sun today undecking the jeep and dropping the booster - I get to run to a home depot.

going to be 7 axle til after 4th of July

You can pull that west coast trailer as a 7 axle?

    Yes

Pin the walking beam and then drop the booster

We use 3 each 2x8 pieced of 1/2" plywood and use old strap pieces to put handles on the edge to make it easier to pickup.

Good luck Ron...it won't pin into your trailer or I'd tell you to use my rail. I hope all goes well for you with it, but there are some loads that just belong on a rail, compactors & dozers qualify in that category

I was at the yard a few weeks ago, one of the newer drop sides had holes punched in the wood well past the center of the well. Guys in the shop were not to happy that 'someone' was to lazy to go get some plywood.

Yeah that is probably a couple G's to replace. I definitely would not haul a bigger one of these on my deck - they really are beam loads - and that's what I told the guy I am moving it for
