At the shop i wash my hands with diesel fuel or gasoline then after i wash with a good quality shop soap. Either fast orange or goop. I also have been known to use paint thinner or mineral spirits. Out on the road if i get greasy i just give my hands a few squirts of brake clean.
I toss a scoop of goop in with my work clothes, knocks out the heavy grease and oil.
