Get the test before any symptoms show or it may be too late.
Once it spreads outside the prostate and you have symptoms, you're in big trouble.Siinman, silverspur and Numb Thank this. -

recommended up to age 70, as per my doctor.
as it is slow moving, if you get it after 70, you'll die before it gets bad. I guess.

Well, yeah, got to treat it before you die. I'm sorry, a LOT of money is being spent by old people on healthcare, it's the part of aging I'm having the most trouble with. I think the advances in medicine are great, if you are 50, or younger, and a full life is possible, but at 70, I feel like telling them to kiss my aXX, and go bilk the next poor sap. A little ####y you say? Perhaps by attaining 70, I can say that, but I see the anguish and monetary destruction these people face as they get older, there wouldn't be a healthcare system if it wasn't for us old folks, and they know it. I'll admit, I was lucky, my sister died at 41 of a brain tumor, and I've determined it's a total crap shoot on who lives and who dies.silverspur, Numb and hope not dumb twucker Thank this.
