    My husband & I just recived A violation from Azdot but no citation which means my State MVR is clean but it wil go on the CSA & PSP reports.The only way to get it reversed is to use the DataQs system through FMCSA. U need to show proof and wait for the answer. Ived talk to Truckerdefence.com & they said it very tough getting them to agree with the CDL holder..I hope this help u.God bless U trucker!

    Ok update. I emailed the link for psp reports and requested a free copy under the freedom of Information Act, The privacy Act and the fair credit report act. I was than given an address to mail a written request along with a photo copy of my CDL and informed that upon receiving they would mail me my psp report free of charge.
