In a recent case, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit held that one may be able to maintain a lawsuit for inaccurate information on a PSP provided he can show actual harm (failure to hire) due to the inaccuracy. It is possible that one might be able to maintain a legal suit for maintaining information on the PSP after the prescribed time period. However, as someone posted above, give them a little more time.
