Your PSP Score ie your PSP points should be under 20-25 or you will not be hired by quite a few companies.
Always try to keep your PSP points as low as possible. Also refuse to drive any unsafe equipment. Communicate by text message that way you will have a record of what has been said.
Never communicate by phone. If you do you will get yourself in a ' he said she said' situation.
Have that text ready so if they force you to drive unsafe equipment simply call the State Police and have that person arrested.
Just like those 2 Prime guys that pushed things all the way up to the Supreme Court- they got awarded millions.
Don't ever let anybody tell you ' you cant'. You can and you will. Call the police have the person arrested. Press charges.
Don't ever let anyone intimidate you or push you around.

Yep, and I was thinking this thread has to be old as everyone now knows PSP has no points, and CSA doesn’t assign points to drivers or rate them. But alas, after all this time everyone doesn’t know these things.snowwy Thanks this.

No such thing as PSP points, so therefore there are no scores to keep under.dibstr Thanks this.

This is not false, why don't you go get you PSP report and read it? Or even the sample on on FMCSA's website?
It does show all CVSA violations, yes. That can cause employment issues, yes. What it doesn't have is actual point or a score system. -
I see the truck stop lawyers are all over this... again.
