In 2 years I have yet to have a violation, so it can be helped.
Sometimes that help comes with logging a 30 minute pre-trip, then editing it after you run over by 10 minutes.
Sometimes (mostly) it is just by planning things correctly.
If you log 15 minute pre-trips and cut corners everywhere you can, then I agree.
You can not help but get violations.

That brings to mind. Ive gone over my 11 3 times, because I couldn't find parking. Quickly sent a message and flagged it " looking for safe heaven to park". Nothing was ever said to me. Also, a friend I went to orientation with got fired last year because he wasn't logging at least 15 minutes on duty for pick up or delivery.
