See, that's what I'm saying, stuff like that does help. And suicide is a real problem. Maybe it wouldn't be so if so many people just tell them to deal with it and GTFO... grab a free bible on your way out the door.
I'm glad to hear that you have figured something out. My sister's husband lifts weights. He's getting huge.. LOL. But it helps him. He still gets night terrors (wakes up screaming) but hopefully in time that will die down.tinytim, cybill234, Mr Ed and 1 other person Thank this. -

Exactly right. You never really get used to it. You just learn to deal with it.

I still think about that bar brawl in Hong Kong and how single I handidly fought off several drunk sailors with a fire extinguisher. It was one of those old fashioned fire extinguishers with some type of acid mix and melted the naugahyde off the bar stools. Can't dwell on it; life must go on.
