Plenty of tanker outfits hire new cdl grads, so you should be good to go.
Seaboard Transport pulls non-hazmat tankers and hires new cdl grads, but plenty of others to choose from.

Which, for the record, if you work 40hrs/week at $17/hr, that's $680/week before taxes. And y'all know good and well you working more than 40 driving a tractor trailer.

There are much better companies out there both in home time and weekly pay. I make double what you make as a solo driver with 4 months of verifiable experience.
Even with those bonuses, you guys are getting screwed over. Run. Start applying to other companies now, and leave when you've decided which one to go with.
