YOU are never "considered a truck." Even though some of us probably out weight our tractors, we are still considered drivers of the truck. . .

If the city, town, wide spot in the road, has signs saying "TRUCK ROUTE" and you are off of that route, (other than making a delivery or pick up,) then you are likely going to be in trouble. When they put up those signs, it is usually because they are somewhat less than "trucker friendly."alds Thanks this. -
There is really no limit on miles except with you company, we can drive for 3 hours on line "5" or as we call it off duty driving.
-
what kind of truck you drive? F350? My tractor weighs about 22.5K.
-
My elogs are on peoplenet. Mine doesnt have any line 5 either. Now that I just looked at my smartphone, Im in the 21st century too. But, still no line 5 on my elogs. Sorry, but true.

That would be tough to axle out!

It's just what my buddy's place he leased onto gave him. Was a genI cummins too.
-
My first truck was a 1st gen Cummins. That thing thought it was a semi! Put a 6 speed in it with the 3.08 gears that thing would fly!
