Pulled over driving bobtail on Non-Truck route

I would not be surprised at all if Barney Fife wasn't sitting in the Valero parking lot when I parked in the No Parking Zone. There was enough room for 2 Tractor Trailers in front of the Valero where the sign is. Can't remember the name of the Town, but, nothing else within 50 miles either direction. In my "condition", I would have parked there if there was a State Trooper parked there. He probably would have given me a pass. The Constable probably lives around the corner and parks there all morning waiting for Trucks to park there. Has to Justify his position/ salary somehow
