If you reported it to your company and they documented it you have to list it on future applications because they will list it on the paper the new company faxes over to verify your employment there.
If it was one of those "only you and God saw it happen" and the truck has no damage that anyone would notice nor any property damage of significant consequence, let reason and your conscience be your guide. Don't give people the rope to hang you with if you can avoid it, but you have to be careful these days because there are cameras everywhere.
