My 2005 workstar has an air horn. Mounted behind the bumper facing down on the passenger side. Steering wheel button as well.

Only pro to having it down there is it doesnt get plugged up with snow. Oh I guess it's one less thing to polish..

If you ever see a solid black prostar going down the road with the headlights blinking on/off that's me trying to find the cruise control. :yes2557:

Some of you suspect that these trucks are being designed by engineers who have never been in one. In many cases you are right. I had a trainee once, was completely new. Right out of school. I asked him what he did in his last career. He had gotten downsized from International. He helped design truck motors. Tried telling me my truck wouldn't pull hills because I was driving it wrong, and that governing a truck couldn't change how well it pulled.

Prostar is a mixed bag, that's for sure. I like the sleeper layout, and the ride isn't the worst, but that's about it.

The engine (Maxxforce) sucks, all those controls on the steering wheel are just totally asinine, and I curse everyone at International every time I try to leave the seat, either to get out of the truck or just try to get into the sleeper. (I'm tall, but not heavy, and it is mandatory to let ALL the air out of the seat, or it acts like it's stuck to the crack of my ###.)
