That blows chunks. I guess maybe they have a leg to stand on if the bills are already signed. I hope you at least left them an appropriate Google review.

Yep my one and only time. While I was waiting there i looked on Google at the reviews and not 1 positive comment. Even some of the drop and hook guys saying the wagon they were supposed to pick up was still in door.

You'll be glad you just went home and didn't do anything STUPID tomorrow.

They can't make you a new appointment because the people that schedule the appointments at the receiver aren't there.

Tomorrow when they come in at 0800 or 0900, about a half hour later you'll have a new appointment.

I saw one guy did it at Kroger in Tolleson, AZ, which at the time took forever to unload and their staff and lumpers were arrogant and played on people's nerves.
He tied a rope to a pallet inside his trailer and a light pole then slid it off. Then he untied the rope to save it and went on with his business.
He did not try to be conspicuous about it but those who saw it, including me, were in awe.
I guess, he made a deliberate business decision. LOL. I am curious how it backfired at him later, or if at all.
Now when I think about it, it also might have been a rejected pallet that they put back on his trailer, preventing him to reload...
Anyway, I secretly applauded him for what he did, because I hated going to the place, Kroger in Tolleson, AZ
