First. This is a lot like football. Keep your head up, or you'll break your neck.

Second. Throughout all the adversity that you are about to endure, remember what you just wrote. Where do you want to be in a year, or two? Do not take your eyes off of that mark, and you'll get there.

Third. PM me in a year. I only haul dogfood & bottled water, but I do pretty well.

I can't tell if those are new tractors or old ones. It don't really matter the drive a way company moving them should be the ones fixing them. Looks to me like a saddle mount either was installed improperly or it broke.

If it were me I would not charge ahead with my head down. You might hit something and hurt yourself.

Why did you choose Swift over the other options suggested in your other thread?

My honest advice is to not even worry about what you're going to haul when and if you own your own truck. Right now you need to focus on learning to drive safely and legally while getting your loads there on time. Learn how to handle an 80000 pound machine. Learn how to plan your route so that you don't go into violation three times a week. Learn. Learn. Learn. I have been driving for 2 and 1/2 years, and don't know nearly enough to own my own truck. It could just be me though, but there is so much to learn out here. I'm learning something everyday even after 2 and 1/2 years.
