I talked with the support shift people at SNI tonight. Apparently it isn't a Schneider problem but a Qualcomm server that crashed. They can't send or receive messages or work assignments.

I was told to just head home anyways since that was my destination after my delivery tonight. They told me that when I go back on Monday the head home assignment will probably be sitting there and I will just have to fill it in before taking my next one.

Yep. Server crashed. Seems fixed now. We had our workflow transition put on hold because of it.

Well, please allow me to offer my humble and sincere apologies for offending your sensibilities.

And believe me...I can't wait to get to CLT either!

    Best of luck to you.

Good luck when you switch to workflow. No more street level directions, no more SNI directions. We are strictly relying on Navigo for directions. What happens if Navigo goes down? Well, you better hope you

    A) have been to the place before and know exactly where you are going
    B) have your own GPS unit
    or
    C) the phone number that Schneider provides actually is a working number that you can get directions from

Wonder if the genius minds in Green Bay thought about this scenario.

So they've taken the mac 3 ,I think it is, out when WF gets updated?

But with Navigo you can still preveiw the route and write it down from there.
