It should be keeping a recap unless you use a 34 hour reset. Every 8th day you get hours back.

I am familiar with the old original qualcomm and the current generation of it, but the actual workings etc is best left to someone who runs logs through that device.

 

yeah it'll keep your recap if you go ahead and go to 8 days choice...
you'll see exactly what you're going to get starting from the bottom up.. shows driving Miles and you're on duty using your on-duty is basically your recap. so you could still look at it and see until your next reset like if you had a day off you'll see that you're not getting nothing at all to be a zero for driving that you know there's nothing coming up that day. it's just like a log book 0 in recap.
are the reason it shows on the status is just so you can get yourself an idea for the next couple of days.. and decide when you want to get a reset if you need one
