I saw posters for it at the terminal (phoenix) as well as seeing info on it on the Qualcomm...
If you want just ask your DM. He/She should be able to tell you more about it.
I tried signing up for it, but it would not let me get to the page I needed. Maybe I just need to take care of it at an actual kiosk.

I would always read the message but reading it is alot easier than trying to type a reply to it I have tried and said forget that.
My old dm would never tell me if she was there, leaving for lunch, taking a break, leaving for the day etc.
I will tell you a funny story though I was preplaned a repower from a shop out in eastern nebraska.
I replied to the preplan then they sent me the dispatch to go to x location to repower a load from a broke down truck I was flying down the highway trying to get to the load them BEEP now WTF I had a freighliner it had a message board built into the instrument panel that would show the first few words It said STOP NOW so I pulled over on the shoulder of I 80 and pick up the qualcom to read the message It said stop now report your location.
So I call my dm asked what was going on she said were are you I told her well I am trying to get to the shop to pick up the repower that I was dispatched she said no what is your exact location.
I told her on I 80 on the side of the road she asked were I was like I dont know I moved up to a mile marker and told her mm XXX she asked what city I was like I dunno.
She told me find a truckstop and go there and call back so I did she asked were are you I told he xxx city in Nebraska at exit XXX at this truckstop then she said let me call you back.
15 min later she called back and said well we are pulling this load off of you and you are to go to this place in kc and load I was like ok the good thing I was not that far off of were I needed to turn and go to kansas city.
When I got the STOP NOW I thought I had done something wrong. -
OMG....funny now but I'm sure it wasn't funny when it happened. I woulda went into a frantic. That is pretty neat though. At least it grabbed your attention so you didn't go too far.

Thanks all for the help on this question. This site is great.

This is a bit off topic, but somewhat related.
Seward Motor Freight has a voice response Qualcomm in their trucks. I'm not exactly sure how it works yet, but I was told that a voice will come over the QC letting you know what the message is to avoid stopping for those nonsensical messages like "Congratulations to Fleet 1234 on their accident free week." Although I've never worked for a company that kept the QC locked out when the truck's moving. I understand the safety aspect of it, but man is that inconvenient. Especially in today's HOS driving world.
