Outside of Google reviews, do we have any other options for shipper/receiver specific info? Appointment driven, insight into load/unload times, customer service expectations, etc?
Thanks all.

There is an app called "Dock411" that tries to give info about places like wait times, overnight parking etc. I have looked at it but not actually tried it.
How good it can be will depend on how many drivers use it. The more reports from more places it gets the better it will be.God prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
Sounds like Trucker Path. The app where truckers report the truck stop as "full", when there's 100 empty spots.

I parked at a Road Ranger a few weeks ago. I was in the middle where you pull in. I told my wife I was going to back up farther so the trucks next to me could get out easier. She said: "Aww, that's nice of you." I said: "I'm not doing it for them, I'm trying not to get ran over when they leave."homeskillet and SoulScream84 Thank this.
