From what I've been hearing from other drivers, the program isn't that bad and you can make good money. You have the option of picking the type of truck you would like to run along with payment types that range depending on the tractor. I rode with two lease guys and they were pretty happy and then came to find out that there's only 4 company guys and the rest are o/op... So I'm going to stay company for about two months then I'll explore that side of things.

It would be better if this was in the tanker forum because now this thread is going to get bombarded by the 100's of people that don't know the difference between Quality (Celadon) and Qaulity Carriers

I drove for QC as a company driver in NJ for about 3 years. I made good money but it was a lot of out and back stuff. I would not recommend lease purchase there, those guys were always fighting over their check, just making enough for the lease payment. Good luck.

    RJ33RD Thanks this.

It would help if you said what area. Different terminals run different products. For example there's 2 QC terminals in the same building in Joliet IL.

I run for them not the greatest but they will keep you running but the load preferences are
    1. company/affiliates drivers with exceptions
    2. Lease operators.
