    I don't believe it did. His "disclaimer" was that policy could change at any time. Just like his flat out lie that it was no way I was going to get into a W9 in the first place. I didn't have time to continue to play with those people. #### shame too, what they're doing has so much potential.

    I was told that, that policy doesn't apply to W900's. May or may not have been true. Who knows. I do know this. If whomever you're starting with gives you a terms of separation, you can leave before your 90 days.

    So long as you don't have a W900 lol.

    Well, when you got that W900, Eagle got my attention, but following that thread quickly made me think, fuggatttabouttit!!!! The kicker was when someone wrote you all didn't get 100% of the FSC....then the Celadon case in court and, well, no way I do business with crooks .....BTDT.....in just 2 1/2 years in trucking (and 12 in corp America + 5 in the legal profession) I've learned crooks come in all shapes, shades and sizes.     Lol i sniffed eagle out right away and after reading the threads I lol been doing this too long.anybody whos gonna lease you a w900 or 379/389 is out to screw you.why?cause they know somebody else will take it when you quit and make payments for them.Quality is owned by celadon so why would they let u move to a different company when somebody else is dying to jump in your seat.anyway wish u the best just be careful qc,one mishap and they'll let you go.
