I agree mack ,this is not the best advice in fact it is bad carma and hopefully no one will ever result to such a thing but it does happen ....i myself have never done anything like this nor have i been totally ripped off ,scamed & used up like our younger colleagues in this industry are now , dreams are bein destroyed by these companies that are pushing L/P plans or these cdl mills that suck our government $ and then turn around and throw these honest hard working young men & woman under the bus without so much as blinking an eye or how about intentionally destroying a drivers reputation on public record with lies & deceit and to top it off these kind of people are walking off scott free ,we can only expect things to get even worse in this industry if we dare accept this as the norm and do nothing to defend ourselves or retaliate in a langue they themselves only understand & take heed too .....am i also to expect this to happen to me ? You betcha and when it comes my way i won't be standing around feeling hopeless ...i am a hard worker & i expect no less than a fair handshake for an honest days work ,in my book you steal from me then you are stealing food & clothing from my children

Mattnatti and Knucklehead619 Thank this.

Should drop subject before someone gets any ideals about actually doing something like this ,even tho some of our associates in the trucking industry do deserve it -
I worked there when it was circle c , and there was almost no cooperation between terminals then.....
Now that most terminals are franchised but still having to answer to Tampa or wherever the corporate headquarters is I woundn't go near them....(pay wasn't all that great either). -
Was this for cletex cuz they are qc affliated but NOT QC affiliated companies are the same. Cletex in Channelview,TX on sheldon rd?

Sabotaging a truck does no good and much bad. The best way to get at a bad carrier is to move on, find success with a GOOD carrier...and make sure everyone else knows about the truth of the bad carrier.
I've driven for one or two bad carriers. I have NEVER sabotaged one of their trucks. Why make the next poor driver's life even worse? You know its bad enough already. Me, I'd rather recruit that poor driver away from the bad carrier and into a better one, leaving that bad carrier's truck sitting while they scramble to replace the driver with another poor guy. Rinse and repeat. Trust me, that costs the bad carrier far more, and is far more satisfying, than sabotaging a truck. Especially since it would be harder to recruit their drivers away from them if they would clean up their act. Win win situation, yes? -
This thread is about an affiliate of QC. I worked for a QC/Chicago affiliate and have no big complaints about my time there.
QC probably has over 75+ different affiliates, Triangle transport(Terminal#767) treated me very well and paid very well. -

no, left there over 2 yrs ago, that terminal 767 is now corporately owned.

I'm sorry to hear of the OP's experience. But I'm glad to actually hear an actual account, personal experience, and a gripe with some substance saying more than "They're bad". Thanks for taking the time and trying to inform others.
rainey05 Thanks this.
